Fiberglass-Reinforced Polyester/urethane Membrane Systems

We install high-performance waterproofing systems engineered for maximum elongation, tensile strength, and substrate movement tolerance.

Technical Overview:

Joint Treatment: Fiberglass embedded into uncured PU fillets to increase shear strength and accommodate cyclic movement.

Penetration/Termination Reinforcement: Localised PU–fiberglass reinforcement at waste outlets and edge terminations to prevent point-load membrane failure.

Membrane Build: Multi-coat polyester application forming a seamless, high- flex  shell compliant with AS3740/AS4654.

Performance Characteristics:

Elongation: typically 300–800% (product dependent)

High tensile and tear resistance

Excellent adhesion to CFC, concrete, and approved substrates

UV-stable topcoat compatibility

Result:

A reinforced, flexible, watertight membrane engineered for long-term durability under structural movement and environmental stress.
